By accessing or using StyxNepal, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws of Nepal. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

4. Use of the Platform
You agree to use StyxNepal only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Activities include:
Copying, recording, redistributing, rebroadcasting, or selling any content without authorization.
Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to bypass geographical or rights-based restrictions.
Attempting to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform.
Using automated systems or bots to access the Platform.
5. Content & Intellectual Property Rights
All Content available on StyxNepal is owned by or licensed to StyxNepal and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal use only. No ownership rights are transferred.
6. Sports Rights & Territorial Restrictions
StyxNepal streams sports and entertainment content strictly within the scope of its licensed rights, including territorial limitations. Certain content (such as exclusive sports events) may be available only within Nepal.
Any attempt to access restricted content through unauthorized means is a violation of these Terms.
7. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing
Some content on StyxNepal requires a paid subscription.
Subscription prices, billing cycles, and payment methods will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled prior to renewal.
Payments are processed through third-party payment partners (wallets, telecom billing, banks).
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable once content access is provided.
In case of technical failure attributable to StyxNepal, we may provide account credits at our discretion.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to Nepal laws and partner payment policies.
9. Service Availability & Modifications
StyxNepal does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
10. User-Generated Content (If Applicable)
If users submit comments, reviews, or other content, they grant StyxNepal a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content.
StyxNepal reserves the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of StyxNepal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nepalese courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
